Using Pick List for Maintenance Form

Using Pick List for Maintenance Form

I want to create a maintenance form which will be used to add, change, and delete entries. Pick List seems like the right kind of field to choose an existing entry (key field), but can I also use it to add an entry? If so, how do I do that? Thank you.
