Using Zoho answer bot across departments (help center articles from another department)

Hi Zoho Community, 

I’ve run into a major issue and hope someone here has experience with this setup.

We currently have a Help Center in the department A where all of our knowledge base articles are maintained.  However, we would like to use a Zoho Answer Bot in the department B and this bot should be trained with / use the articles from the department A.  As far as I understand, the Answer Bot is usually restricted to the Knowledge Base of its own department. In our case, the content lives in a different department. 

Additionally, we have Multi-Brand enabled, which means I cannot simply assign or link the Knowledge Base category from A to B department. Cross-linking the category is not possible due to the brand separation.

Our goal: 
  1. Maintain the knowledge base centrally in A
  2. Use an Answer Bot in B 
  3. Avoid duplicating articles across departments 
Is there any supported way to: Train an Answer Bot with articles from another department? Or create a cross-department knowledge setup?  How would you recommend implementing this architecture?
