Various issues

1. In trying to Add New Campaign, it asks for "Owner", but NO indication of how to add and owner. And, it won't let me add money without Campaign, but can't add campaign without owner.

2. PLEASE allow hyphens in telephone numbers. We HAVE to have this in the USA, and it helps to reduce errors. We can't deal with numbers all squished together.

3. PLEASE allow commas and decimals in dollar amounts of donations. Again, we are used to this and we need it. It helps to reduce errors.

4. Please use conventional nomenclature for email. It's an Email address or just the word "Email". But "Email ID" isn't a recognized term if you are asking for the email address. It's confusing and misleading.

I like your app, at least I think I do. And it should be valuable, but we really need these changes/improvements.
