Verification code unusable in Safari

Hello~

I've embedded a form in a web page, and I've just been informed by a user that the verification code does not work with Mac's Safari. I've doubled checked and ensured both Java and Javascript are enabled, but it still doesn't work.

The code (image) shows up, but entering the code always returns an error.

Any fixes? Ideas?
