Viewing Every Zoho Desk Tickets raised by the Several Contacts Related to a Deal in Deal Module
Hi Team,
I added the Zoho Desk related module in CRM and I want to see all the tickets raised by the multiple contacts belonging to a deal under a Deal Module > Zoho Desk section. I tried to add two contacts to a deal and I can see only the tickets raised by one contact. Is there any option I can do so? Many thanks in advance for your answer.
