We are going to utilize a creator application portal to onboard clients. For the clients' ease of use it will be lots of smaller easily digestible forms. The simplest built in integration of custom related lists limits us to a maximum of 5 custom related lists which is not nearly enough with the forms we will create.

The plan is each client will fill out lots of small forms once (and keep updated as needed) and we would like to be able to view those results associated with the clients CRM  information without having to push and house all the data in the CRM, a major issue being the subform limit. A hacky solution I considered would be pushing all the creator form results per client to one master form and then only using that as a custom related list but I'm wondering if there is a more proper solution.

edit: After discussing we realized the largest issue was the subform limit and just overall display so a consideration could be to use our alotted subforms, push the extra subforms we want to one form in creator that catches those and use a CRL for those, and then push the rest of the data to the CRM itself and just use canvas to keep it from being a total scroll nightmare.
