I think Zoho Creator can help me do something I want to do, but I'm not sure how to get started.

I'm setting up a small virtual call center.  I'm in a specific industry.  I will author a sales script that gives a phone sales rep what to say and then leads them to a next step depending on what the customer says to them.

I'm envisioning a block of text with a number of buttons.  Upon clicking each button, I want to first, record that action in the Database and second, take the user to the next module in the script, depending on which button was clicked.

So for functionality, this is pretty simple.  I'd prefer NOT to use radio buttons, as that requires an extra click.  Can folks point me in the right direction?
