FormCrafts is an online form builder. What makes us different is our advanced set of features (embed popup forms, auto-save form progress, multi-file uploads etc ..), and focus on providing a great UI.

So, FormCrafts would allow you to create custom forms using a great drag-and-drop interface. You can embed these forms anywhere. The integration would allow you to map the form fields to your Zoho CRM, and on each form submission, customer data would automatically be entered in your CRM.

I am not a CRM user myself, so I don't know if this makes a lot of sense.
