The challenge arises when the CRM web form is hosted on sites built using WordPress, Google Sites, or similar site builders. In these cases, the site builders have iframes within which the webforms will be hosted. The source URL for this iFrame and the webpage URL will be different.
When creating the webform in Zoho CRM, you enter the webpage URL instead of the iFrame source URL. Hence, the submissions are not fetched into the CRM. Entering asterisks (*) accepts records from any source, and the webform submissions are fetched.
