Webhook Failure Alerts and Retry Mechanism

Dear Zoho Team,

I have a workflow in Zoho CRM that sends a webhook whenever a specific field is updated. Occasionally, the workflow fails, and I can manually check the errors under Settings > Automation > Actions > Webhook > Failures.

However, these failures do not trigger any alerts, and there is no retry mechanism for sending the webhook.

Since these webhooks are critical for syncing data between Zoho CRM and other systems, any failure significantly impacts our operations.

Feature Request:
  1. Alert Mechanism: Please add an option to receive alerts (via email, Cliq, etc.) whenever a webhook failure occurs.
  2. Retry Mechanism: Introduce an automatic retry mechanism for failed webhooks with the following features:
    1. A configurable limit on the number of retries.
    2. Adjustable time intervals between retries to minimize the risk of continuous failures.
These features will ensure smoother operations and mitigate issues caused by occasional failures.
