I am offering subscribers to my website to download one of four different free pdf tutorials when they signup to our companies mailing list.
To accomplish this I recently set up several(4) Zoho CRM Webforms each with a corresponding webform. The auto-responder rules specify which of 4 emails should be sent (each containing a link to download a different pdf tile) based on the lead source. I also added a different source option for each type in the lead source dropdown.
Everything seems to working correctly as far as the user experience end. The correct email is sent. However when I check for the new submission in CRM, under "approve leads", "Recent Leads", or anywhere else. I tested this myself using an email address that was not added to the CRM. I even searched for the new address directly and the specific lead source, I cannot find the entry.
I do understand that if the lead source already exists it may be updated. I am very confused because everything seems to working as it should, as far as sending the correct email to the recipient, I just cannot locate my leads.
Is there some easier way to see a list of every time an email auto-responder was sent out, and to whom?
