Zoho Service Plus consists of the following modules: Desk, SalesIQ, Assist, Lens, Survey, Analytics, and Projects in a unified user interface. This makes it easy for users to switch between them and work together.

Access to the right data and functionalities within the product is essential for your team to function smoothly. It's the responsibility of the admin to ensure that the team has the required permissions, and Zoho Service Plus simplifies the entire process. Users can be given the appropriate roles and permissions required to carry out their responsibilities across modules from a single place.


Collaborate with your team 

It's important for the customer service teams to collaborate and be on the same page so as to offer a personalized experience for customers in resolving their queries. To facilitate that, Zoho Service Plus makes it easy for you to connect with your team via chat or call. You can schedule meetings, create groups, channels, continue a conversation in a thread, and a lot more with the help of Cliq, that can be accessed from the Home tab.


Understanding the context - made simple 

Zoho Service Plus centralizes all the interactions with your customer across channels, helping your agents get the context of all conversations, avoiding the back and forth altogether. You get to see the current support ticket along with all the previous ones, interactions via the live chat widget or email campaigns, and even data from CRM. This equips the support agent with all the information that they need at their finger tips, making it easy for the customer.  

Unified analytics 

When it comes to monitoring important metrics, Zoho Service Plus gives you the option to personalize and unify all the dashboards that you have created across modules in a central place. These can be accessed right from the home tab where you can create a Dashboard from scratch or pin an existing dashboard that you have from Desk, SalesIQ, Projects, and Analytics.
