What constitutes a record and how much can I anticipate using before I run out of space?

What constitutes a record and how much can I anticipate using before I run out of space?


Hi Everyone!

I am new to Zoho. And after looking at some of the past forums (ie changes to the free user limits), I wish I had signed up a couple months before. Now, it looks like I am limited to 3 users and 1000 records as opposed to the original unlimited users and 100k records.

That is a huge difference. Can someone give me an idea of what constitutes a record and how much data I can expect to have before I reach my 1000 record limite or 100MB limit?
