What is paid in Creator

Dear Sir,

I am unable to understand the feature has been provided in Creator. We place our price for application, but this is only for grant access, than what is revenue sharing system in it. May I get more info about.

Secondly any one can install our application and can edit that as its own. Than what is privacy and what about our tough efforts to build any application.
