What Should I use: Creator or DB & Reports?

Hi All,

I'm building a contact database for my organization and need an application recommendation from those that have used one or both. I'm a business user w/limited IT help so the easier, the better. Here is the functionality I'm looking for.

1. Embed the database on a website so that other users may alter contact details, notes, etc. (I've done this with Creator in the past. Will DB do the same?)

2. Easy form design (I love the form functionality in Creator)

3. The ability to search the DB using multiple strings. For instance, I want to be able to search a column using multiple search terms. (This functionality is not currently available in Creator).

4. Easy exporting to Excel. In addition to exporting only those contacts that show up in a search, I want to be able to check off the "check boxes" and have the DB only export those contacts. This would allow users to make their own contact lists.

Should I continue using Creator and wait for new functionality to come out or would DB work better for me?
