What we really need is easy search forms and real customization tools
For almost 4 years I paid near 2,500 ($) waiting for the promised and then forgetted way to create a search form in an easy way. I did it a lot of times, but each time I had to learn it again and I had to use a tutorial where you have to fill with imagination the blanks left by unaccurate information. I speak 4 languages, I have a master degree, in the interim I learned English, html, css, a little of javascript, jquery and ultimately MySql, that at the end saved me from the waiting stuff, all by myself, and from English tutorials. I was waiting for a real and easy way to customized my forms and views but it was like waiting for "Godot". Then at some point the Zoho guys came out with the html views stuff, that I really and desperate was in need, but I study the tutorials again and again without realize how it works. I'm pretty sure I'm not idiot, but after 4 years I didn't know even how to use the forums or the help section for sure. I'm a profitable Internet user for some decades now, and I know there is something perverse in the structure and interface of this service. I know Zoho guys knows all of this, I am sure they just start this in an improper way and now they have no time to put things in order, and after all, it seem is working for them. Good luck new users, you gonna need it...
