What's new in Zoho Mail: September

Hello there everyone!

Zoho Mail had some interesting updates for the month of September and we have compiled them below. Give the features a spin and let us know your thoughts. If you've already tried them out share your experience.

Do more, do them quick!

We felt it would be convenient to perform multiple actions from a single window. So, for the Mail entity in Streams, you can reply, set reminders, and obtain emails from the particular sender or with the particular subject all from a single space. Learn more

Post a message without the message

In Streams, users can now post a message with just the title or the attachment or with both the title and attachment. No fuss, no muss!

Create in one, view in all!

What if a folder created in Zoho Mail could automatically appear in your other accounts as well? You can view any new folders you create in Zoho Mail in your configured IMAP clients like your Google or Outlook account. Simply check a box and the new folder will pop up in your IMAP clients as well. Learn more

Copy the entire content with a click!

We get your annoyance at having to select entire blocks of texts to copy them. Not anymore! In Streams, quickly copy a message and comments with the Copy Content option. Learn more

Refer and Earn!

Show your love for Zoho products, refer them to a friend, and load up your Zoho wallet! Premium users can access the referral program right from the Admin Console.

Set a preview style for the organization

Your users don't have to change the preview type of the quarantined emails individually anymore. The administrators can set a preview type for the quarantined emails from Settings and it will be applied across the entire organization. Learn more

Enable/Disable DKIM for domains

Don't wish to configure DKIM email validation system for a domain? Simply disable it with a click. You can enable it at anytime.
