Zoho Backstage is excited to announce a series of new features and enhancements designed to improve your event management experience. Here’s what’s new and improved in Backstage this month!
Zebra Printer Integration with Zoho Backstage: Live badge printing just got easier! Set up Zebra printers at your event venue via Bluetooth or IP, and manage wireless printing with real-time sync and layout control from your Organizer app on mobile or iPad.
Custom Forms: View and export user response submission dates and times in custom forms for better analysis, and delete responses for greater data control.
Email Types: You can now choose an email type for scheduled emails: Event Updates or Marketing Email. Event updates will be sent to all registered participants while marketing emails will be sent to participants who've opted in for promotional emails.
Scheduled Emails: You can now send emails to all participants—attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors—when there’s common information to share. Emails can also be sent to individuals who abandoned the registration process, reminding them to complete their registration and secure their spot. Additionally, we’ve added an optional Download Badge button for sponsors and speakers.
