Zoho Backstage is excited to announce a series of new features and enhancements designed to improve your event management experience. Here’s what’s new and improved in Backstage this month!
New Features:
Zebra Printer Integration with Zoho Backstage: Live badge printing just got easier! Set up Zebra printers at your event venue via Bluetooth or IP, and manage wireless printing with real-time sync and layout control from your Organizer app on mobile or iPad.
Search Email History: You can now search for a participant and view all the emails sent to them. Email history can also be viewed for each purchaser or prospect from the Attendees or Prospects pages.
Feature Enhancements:
Space Add-On: We've made requesting Spaces easier—simply submit your requirements within the app, and our support team will contact you. We've also updated the Space add-on plan details page for clearer usage information.
Custom Forms: View and export user response submission dates and times in custom forms for better analysis, and delete responses for greater data control.
Optional Matchmaking: The Networking page, which previously featured AI-powered matchmaking by default, is now an optional setting. Event organizers can choose to display only the Attendee Directory and disable matchmaking, if desired.
Email Types: You can now choose an email type for scheduled emails: Event Updates or Marketing Email. Event updates will be sent to all registered participants while marketing emails will be sent to participants who've opted in for promotional emails.
Reasons for Hard/Soft Bounce: You can now identify the reasons for hard and soft bounces in your email deliverability reports.
Scheduled Emails: You can now send emails to all participants—attendees, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors—when there’s common information to share. Emails can also be sent to individuals who abandoned the registration process, reminding them to complete their registration and secure their spot. Additionally, we’ve added an optional Download Badge button for sponsors and speakers.
These updates aim to provide you with more robust tools for managing your events and enhancing your overall experience with Zoho Backstage.
