What's New this June 2022 in Zoho Invoice?

This month, we've introduced a round of updates that will improve your user experience. Read on to see what's new this June in Zoho Invoice.
 
Zoho Invoice Sports a New Look
 
As you might have noticed already, Zoho Invoice has a brand-new look and feel. We’ve tweaked the icons, rearranged a few buttons in the top bar, and refined the sidebar to provide a better user experience. We've also introduced light and dark themes that you can choose for your organization.
 
To try these themes: Go to Settings > Preferences > Branding > Themes and select a theme.

Pay Invoices in Bulk From the Client Portal
 
Instead of paying for each invoice individually, your customers can now pay for multiple outstanding invoices in one go from the Client Portal. All they need to do is select the invoices to be paid and click the Pay Now button at the top. This is what it'll look like for them:
 

 
Additionally, your customers can also download PDFs of multiple invoices and recurring invoices in a single ZIP file.
 
Use Zoho Invoice in Hindi (India Edition)
 
We now support Hindi for our web app users in India. If you select Hindi as your organization's language, all field names, features, and templates will be in Hindi. We'll introduce support for more languages in the future, so you can use the app in your preferred language.
 
To use the app in Hindi: Go to Settings > Organization Profile. Scroll down to the Language field and select Hindi.

Hide Tax Details in Templates
 
If you do not want to display any tax details in your transaction PDFs, you can now choose to hide them. Previously, you only had the option to hide tax details for line items. Now, we've added the option to hide a transaction's total tax details.
 
To do this: Go to Settings > Templates. Select a template and click Edit. Click the Customize the item table dropdown and uncheck the Show Tax Details option.
