Wildcard search

Ok guys, I am sure Zoho must have a wildcard search but I'm not sure what it is. Lets say I want to search for 'Kevin' in my name field and have it find:

'Kevin Smith'
'Kevin Jones'

What is the correct syntax in my Fetch command?
