I have a zoho creator application that creates a new lead in zoho crm. It seems that when it creates the new lead in zoho crm the workflow rules that should trigger do not.
My work flow is setup to trigger on lead creation. Despite this, the work flow does not seem to execute after a new lead is created from zoho creator in the crm.
Is this a flaw or have i made a mistake somewhere that im not aware of? Will a workflow trigger when creating a new lead from zoho creator in zoho crm?
If this is not possible, how can i make the work flow trigger?
