Hey peeps.

I have a website hosted with WIX and I'm having real difficulty setting up the DNS records to work with my Zoho email address.

I have followed the guides and used the DNS settings 'wizard' in my Zoho admin console and everything comes back as completed. However, outgoing and incoming mail shows the address as @zohom rather than info@mydomain.co.uk as expected.

I have submitted several help forms and emailed the support team but I am yet to receive any response,

Can someone point me in the direction of what I've done wrong please.
