Wordpress Form Integration with Custom Module

Hi all,

Would really love help with how to get a submitted form into Zoho CRM based on a CustomModule which we have created. We are currently using Ninja Forms and would like to do so based on styling and so on.  I know Zoho CRM has the native Webform built in but it doesn't offer the additional functions we need such as conditional logic and so on. Now Ninja Forms does offer Web Hooks and that could be an avenue, yet we wanted to see if anyone out there has created and successfully integrated into custom modules.
