We just installed the Workdrive for CRM integration and it is wonderful.  I like that when you add a file to a DEAL record, it creates all the associated folders in the ACCOUNT Workdrive folder.  I also like that when I create a new account it automatically creates the Account Folders.

Problem - we have over 400 folders outside of ZOHO CRM and we want to move them to the associated deal.

We have been going to the deal, going to WORKDRIVE, selecting UPLOAD FILES, and manually entering each one.

I would like to know if there is a way to run the [Create_Account_Workdrive_Folder] function that was installed with the extension on EXISTING records to create the folders in the work drive.  Then I can manage the files using Workdrive instead of going to each individual record in the CRM.
