Here is what I want to do...

I want to be able to send customers an email alert base on criteria such as a date or time matching a field of some sort, like requesting a review after a sale.

Do I need to upgrade to the enterprise edition to do this?

I'm new in this forum, I am a consultant and have worked with multiple firms
