xml-rpc view records returning empty set

xml-rpc view records returning empty set

Currently for my application japanese-knowledge, I try to query the form "Words" or "Examples", and I get back a 200 with SUCCESS, but no records. I don't have any criteria. I tried several different combinations of requests. Is XML-RPC for viewing records currently working?
