Year-End Wrap: Don't rewrite―Switch to Email Templates

As we're half-way through December, now is the perfect time to start sending out festive greetings. Whether it is to your clients or your team, it is important that every mail is tailored to the recipient and feels genuine, which allows you to make better and meaningful connections.   
                                                      
While being busy, you can still maintain a personal touch without spending excessive time. Instead of crafting each email from scratch—a process that is time-consuming—you can take advantage of Email templates to streamline your communication.   

Email Templates to Your Rescue 

With Zoho Mail's Email templates, you can create, save, and customize emails for various purposes to suit your needs. Templates help eliminate the need to re-write similar messages repeatedly. Additionally, you can easily personalize your templates with unique touches such as the recipient's name and a lot more. This not only saves you time but also makes your recipients feel valued. Whether it's a holiday greeting or a project update, Zoho Mail's got you covered. 

Create and Manage Email templates

You can not only create standardized email templates but also insert them in the compose window as per your convenience and modify the content when required. So here's how you can create email templates:
  1. Navigate to the compose window to create a new Email template.
  2. Provide the Subject - The template name will be the same as the Subject you provide here.
  3. Type in the required email content and make the necessary formatting to the email content.
  4. Select the drop-down near Save to choose the Save Template option. 

  5. The message will be saved in the Templates folder under the All Templates category by default.
By utilizing Zoho Mail's Email templates, you can reduce the year-end rush, minimize double work, and spend more time building meaningful relationships.
