z-index HTML views and ZC Menu

Anyone else had problems with transparent menus when using a ZC dropdown menu in and HTML view?

I also have z-index issues when trying to use the ZC menu on an HTML page... The menu drops down, I go to select, the correct view/form and the menu falls away after hitting the line of my first div in my HTML.

I've tried changing the z-index in my html and that seams to work but not always :)
