ZC 3.0 Problems

After the 3.0 upgrade, I have been few problems.

1) My applications are not rebranded for my other 2 shared users(Logo, header and footer text and link)
2) In my applications Data Entry form, 2 of the drop down list get disabled before the user even inputs a selection.

I will be share form with support so they can look into the issue.
