Admins can now centrally store and manage scripts in Zoho Assist, making them instantly executable on remote devices during support sessions, for faster, more consistent troubleshooting across teams. Learn more.

Service Queue for Cobrowse
Technicians can now pick up customer support requests directly from the service queue in Zoho Assist. Once a request comes in, they connect instantly through a live Cobrowse session. Customers can raise these requests through the embedded Cobrowse widget on the respective website, no downloads needed. Learn more.
