Hello!
We are trying to set up an email or desktop alert to remind our agents to call customers on certain dates, but they just don't work how they are supposed to be.
We have already created the field on the invoice tab wich asks for the date to be reminded, we set up the date but nothing happends when the day comes, UNLESS you open the invoice thats when Zoho sends the email reminder.
So basically, the feature works but only if you open the customer invoice, wich is useless we need it to be automatic obviously.
Any help will be appreciated!
