Zoho API connection issues

Hi,

Today at around 1930 GMT our application started experiencing intermittent timeouts from the Zoho API. These intermittent timeouts are not enabling our app to work properly. The API connection was working just fine before.

  1. HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.zohoapis.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /crm/v4/coql (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f221f55ab50>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 110] Connection timed out'))

Is there an issue or did you deploy any changes that could be affecting our app recently?
