Department group export
Technicians can now export user lists specific to their departments using filters. This allows for targeted exports of technician data to reduce clutter and improve efficiency. The exported files can be downloaded in CSV or PDF formats, making it easy to store, share, or review department-wise technician information when needed.
Inactive technician filter in reports
Admins and technicians can now filter reports based on whether technicians are active or inactive. This provides a simple way to view session histories relevant to a specific technician status for auditing and performance tracking. Inactive technician session data will be retained based on your organization’s automated data.
iOS – Picture-in-picture (PiP) support
Zoho Assist now supports picture-in-picture mode on iOS. When the app is minimized, a floating window remains visible, and the session stays active. This enhances collaboration and ensures that the technician can continue monitoring the user's device while multitasking as needed to troubleshoot issues or provide support.
Android & iOS – On-demand session recording
Mobile apps now support both automatic and on-demand session recording. Automatic mode starts recording when a session begins, while on-demand allows the primary technician to start, pause, or resume recording manually. The UI has been upgraded for both the agent and viewer apps to ensure smooth handling and consistent session tracking.
