Zoho Assist not rendering NinjaTrader chart properly

Zoho Assist not rendering NinjaTrader chart properly

Hi everyone.
Just installed and testing Zoho Assist.  I want to display my laptop' screen (Windows 11) on a monitor connected to my Mac mini.  The laptop is running a stock trading program called NinjaTrader.  Basically, when running, this program displays stock market charts (candlesticks) showing price movement.

The problem is that when connected using Zoho Assist, the NinjaTrader charts do not display properly;  actually, the charts appear to be "invisible" or "see-through".  I can see the icons on the desktop, which is behind the charts!  But the chart itself does not display anything.

EXCEPT that if I press (with the left-hand mouse button) on the chart's title (the word "Chart" in red in the examples I provided), the chart is fully visible, with all it's information, as long as I keep pressing the button.  When I release the button, the chart becomes "transparent" again!

I do not have that problem with TeamViewer:  the charts all display properly.  As a result, of course, NinjaTrader are saying that it is not their problem and to contact Zoho!

I'm joining two snaphots:  one showing how the chart is supposed to look and one showing how it looks through Zoho Assist...

Thanks.
