To Whom it May Concern:
Why do we have constant problems every 2-3 weeks with Zoho Books. The problems primarily are:
- Bank feeds inaccurate.
- Amount in Zoho Books inaccurate
- Categorizing deposits and withdrawls are not reflecting properly (a transaction that is part of a larger deposit gets dropped from categorized some time after initially categorizing with other deposits)
- Total amounts in different headings like Amount in Bank, Cash Flow, Total Receivables..... are inconsistent
- The web interface is horrible, when scrolling and selecting an option in a drop down box the site auto scrolls up and selects another option instead of what I clicked.
- Bank feeds fail to fetch random periods of time and problem is discovered months later making it difficult to go back and rectify
- The past week, Bank feeds error saying cant fetch exception code:427. There are NO promotions that I have to click through that would be preventing fetching of transactions. I've deleted all notifications, all alerts, everything that could be affecting this error.
One of the most frustrating things is I always get "
we will have this escalated to our third party service provider" and "we will contact you tomorrow".
I have a business to run and when these issues in large part have been brought up two years ago, why are we still having the problems!!!! Tomorrow never comes, If I get a call its to tell me again "we will contact you tomorrow" and its a never ending cycle. Zoho says they have 24/5 customer support but let me tell you that this is NOT TRUE. Besides not supporting and pushing me off to another day every time I call, they are frequently unavailable at 3PM PST Mon-Fri. Let alone in the evenings.
I guess the purpose of this post is to draw attention and hopefully get Zoho to fix the system as I have a business to run and could not care less about the challenges of Zoho, they either can aid in my business developing or they can harm me. I know this is being posted in Zoho Books, but I also have other services such as Zoho Support and that is even more of a nightmare with problems such as invitations not working, inability to enter time accurately AFTER the time has been performed and more. Zoho's response to this is "Lets trouble shoot the support ticket system that we sell you so you can trouble shoot your clients" <---- Are you kidding me? Zoho wants me to trouble shoot the trouble shooting platform?
Comparatively
speaking, the amount of money we pay for these services is inexpensive until you realize that we are paying for these problems and for a solution that is not polished very well to accomplish what it says it does. There are going to be issues, how you handle those issues says allot. How often the issues occur says even more.
This is my call to beg Zoho to correct the issues and to provide the services in which I pay for (no discount, no free services here) in full. To also stop having issues every 3 weeks. If not I will certainly move and dedicate the time I save with another company, to reviewing and letting everyone I know and can reach that Zoho is a complete nightmare to work with. I certainly can take a few minutes every week and post somewhere my experience with Zoho.
