I have been uploading .csv files of new contact to Zoho for 5 years and suddenly it no longer works.  I am getting the following error message and there is no way around it:  "Could not find a matching parent record for this lookup field. - Company."  If I have to enter 80 contacts manually, there is no reason to have a CRM system.  There is no parent record because these are new contacts.  I have always been able to do this before.  Please explain to me how it is possible with all of the CRM changes to actually import a contact list.  Thank you.
