So I tried Contracts and it seems like a glitchy ordeal. I created a template but when I started a new Contract based on that template it was changing the template and didn't seem to link to the CRM at all. My feelings about technology are that if you can't learn it within 5 mins without being shown, its not worth using. 

So I'm back using Word to do contracts. But is there a way to sync CRM data to Word documents like names, addresses etc? I see Writer has been removed from Zoho One.
