Zoho Creator | Multiple Tabbed Forms

I have attached a blank Excel spreadsheet template - this is for job tracking for my brand communication company. We are presently using google spreadsheets and sharing among the team.

I am impressed by ZohoCreator. It would be great if we could have multiple forms in a tabbed interface. Let me know if you have any questions - will be glad to help.
