Hi ZOHO Team:
I have a Boat Marina on Lake Coeur d'Alene Lake in North Idaho, it has 142 boat slips of varying sizes, I know each slips profile from Length to Width.

I only have 142 and would like to keep track of the ones I rent. Once I rent a slip, I would like to make it un-available and therefore, my team (3 other Individuals) and I would not be able to double book an individual slip to Two or more people, How?

Answer: I would like to create a form and embed it on my marina boat slip web page http://postfallslanding.com/marina.php The form would allow folks to select the slip they desire, but only if it is available, and once they have successfully selected a slip that will accommodate their needs, upon completing the form and submitting it, I would receive their submission via E-mail and be able to approve it on-line with a check mark or in some practical way. Once approved, that slip would be unavailable to me, my team or anyone else. Then that tenant would receive a confirmation E-mail acknowledging my approval of there application request and slip choice.
