Zoho Creator

I have embeded a "Zoho Creator" Form onto my Web Site as a inquirie submission form, here's the page; http://www.postfallslanding.com/boatslip.htm

In testing the forms functionality on this web page I completed the form and in the final action I'm required to enter the verification code; I enter the code acording to whats randomly displayed on the "Form Field" and then click on the submit button.

The Result, Not always but most of the time when I perform these actions I receive a message requesting I enter in the correct verification code, when in fact I did enter the correct verification code.

In testing and testing this issue I've discovered I must hit the IE6 brouser's refresh button to get this to stop malfunctioning, then it will work after that.

If I were the only person submitting this form I would not have a big problem performing the corrective action each time the error occures I just disribed above. But I've created this form for visitors refered to this web page by an ad I've been running for the Boat Slips I'm renting through this promotional web page.

I was receiving a number of inquiries with the other form I had on this same page on my web site and since I've embedded this Zoho Form I have not received any inquiries. I did test it a couple of times and with my test submission was able to see that the data was deposited into my ZOHO Creator data form on my ZOHO web page.

I've also set up this form to send E-mail notification when an inquirie has been submitted. This E-mail notice functionality was working on the form in ZOHO before I embedded it on to this web page, and now It has not been providing those notification E-mails.

I love ZOHO Creator and know if I can resolve this issue it will be a great tool for me to obtain the nessasary boat slip reservation I need. The Boat Slip Rental Season is just beginning here in the Pacific Northwest region and I must resolve this issue very soon! Can you please help me correct this problem?
