Zoho Creator

I tried Zoho creater for my office as a databank of educational contacts that we have made. Now as the creater, I no longer can access the information entered or access it. My colleague who could see the information entered on his screen yesterday - no longer has the information today. We spend a lot fo time creating the application and entering our contacts, which now we can not access and turned out to be a big waste of our time.
