Zoho Creator Color Labels

I love using Zoho Creator. I created a program that we use to run a not-for-profit Job Center. We are helping all sorts of people find good work, and Zoho Creator helps us manage all the data and track our followup progress. In just over a month, we have helped almost 300 people apply for jobs and get interviews!

One thing we have realized that would be a great help is the ability to highlight fields with colors, and to add color labels based on filters. Is this something that would be possible?
