Zoho Creator home errors with an error message

I cannot access Zoho Creator at all. No UI is given, just error message.

To Reproduce:
1. Follow the steps outlined in my previous bug report: http://forums.zoho.com/viewtopic.php?t=amp;p=185703#185703
2. Close the new user's account
3. Recreate the new user's account using exact username and all details, _except_ the e-mail address is now using the original intended e-mail addresses
4. Confirm the e-mail address of the new user
5. In the new user, go to Zoho Creator and you get an error message. You can't do anything, not even create a new app much less seeing what others have shared.
