zoho creator technical assistance

Could someone please assist me?

I have been trying to get assistance regarding a question I have concerning zoho creator. I posted it in the forum and received a response from ZOHO.

The response said to feel free to contact for a followup question which I did. Weeks later and I still have not gotten a response. I posted again and still received no response.

I then called the 888 number and was promised 4 times someone would call me. I was then given a phone number to call and I left 2 messages there with no response.

Can someone please tell me how they receive assistance?
