Zoho CRM is not user friendly at all, every single thing is one hurdle after another. I've been struggling to get whatsapp for business interaged, I finally got it integrated just to learn that you can't send messages from that integration there is an additional extension. Which takes you from pillar to post and once it's installed it's still not sending the whatsapp messages with so many different settings. Showing the message is sent but the person is not receiving the message. I've been struggling for more than a week now with this, and in the interim the business can't operate as usual.
