My role is the win contracts which at times go for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 years in length.

I need to track total revenue and gross margin if possible per fiscal year and report to my line manager.

How can I use Zoho CRM to do this if the contracts are won at different times through out the year.

If a contract is worth $ 36,000.00 for the total contract term of 3 years and the fiscal year total is $ 12,000.00, but we are only 2 months into the new fiscal year or contract start date, is there a way that Zoho CRM can only sum the revenue raised thus far since the contract start date.
