We are thrilled to announce the release of Zoho CRM's V5 APIs!
While V4 offered some exciting APIs and enhancements, V5 is also packed with some great features and enhancements.

What's New in V5?

  1. Get Timeline of a record
  2. Mail Merge - Send mail merge, Sign mail merge and Download Mail Merge
  3. Transfer records and delete a user
  4. User Groups - Get the groups a user is associated with, Get the number of users in a user group, Get the details of various places that a user group is associated at
  5. Territories - Add, update, delete territories, Transfer child territories and delete the parent, Get the associated user count with territories, Associate and disassociate users with a territory, Get the child territories of a territory
  6. Fiscal year - Get and update.

Enhancements to the existing ones

The following APIs have updates ranging from introduction of new modules, parameters, related lists to updates to the field types.
