zoho.currentdate updates on edit, how can I stop this?

Hi, I have zoho.currentdate set to work only "on add", but it is also updating with the current date when I edit an existing record. I don't want it to do this, because then I lose my record of the original date. I want the original "current date" to stay the same even when I edit the record.

Is there any way to fix this?
