Zoho Facebook App & Zoho Creator

I'm wondering if there is a way to interact with my Facebook wall, create posts or notes, links,... for example from a Deluge script running within a Creator App.

For example, I've created for my sole usage a Creator App where I register all the TV Show episodes I have pending to watch, and each time I watch a new episode, I'd like to post a new note on my Facebook, (using a custom action for ex.).

At the moment I update my Facebook status by sending an email to my Ping.fm account, which in turn update my Facebook, and Twitter. But I'm looking for something more integrated.

Is there such integration or a way to accomplish it somehow?
