Zoho Mail Desktop App Not Loading + Can’t Manage Multiple Accounts

Hi everyone,

I’ve been having ongoing issues with the Zoho Mail desktop app for the past few weeks. The app starts to load but gives up midway and never actually opens — there’s no error message, it just stops loading.

The main reason I use the desktop app is because I manage multiple Zoho Mail accounts, and I was hoping to handle them all in one place — similar to how Gmail allows adding multiple accounts seamlessly. Unfortunately, the app not only fails to load but also doesn’t make multi-account management any easier.

Right now, I can access my emails through Google Chrome, but that’s not practical. Zoho only allows one login per browser session, so I can’t keep multiple accounts open at the same time. I end up switching between browsers or logging in and out repeatedly, which wastes a lot of time.

I’d really like to know:

Why is the desktop app failing to load?

Is there a known issue or update coming soon?

And most importantly, why can’t we load multiple Zoho accounts in the same app or browser, like Gmail does?

This has been affecting my daily workflow quite a bit, so any help, clarification, or fix would be greatly appreciated.
